Domestic Flights:
After leaving the restricted area, make your way to the RIOTUR information booth straight ahead. Five minutes before your departure time, our driver will meet you with a SHUTTLE RIO sign and will escort you to your vehicle.

International Flights:
When leaving the restricted area turn right and walk to the Green sector - Domestic flights. At the end you will see a RIOTUR information booth right in front of the passenger exit. That is your meeting point. Five minutes before departure time our driver will meet you there with a SHUTTLE RIO sign and will take you to the vehicle.

ARRIVAL - TERMINAL II:
Domestic Flights:
When leaving the restricted area go to the RIOTUR information booth right ahead. Five minutes before departure time our driver will meet you there with a SHUTTLE RIO sign and will take you to the vehicle.

International Flights:
When leaving the restricted area walk forward and you will pass by an elevator on your left hand side. Keep walking until you find the RIOTUR information booth close to the domestic arrival gate. Five minutes before departure time our driver will meet you there with a SHUTTLE RIO sign and will take you to the vehicle.

Conditions of Sale:
Once you have booked and received your travel voucher, the contact details for the travel service operator will be on this voucher under the heading 'Important Information'. Where applicable, you are required to call the travel service operator directly to advise of additional information such as:
  • Hotel for pick up
  • Weights for helicopter tours
  • Choice of times for tours
  • Special dietary requirements, meal choices etc.

You must call the travel service operator at least 48 hours prior, or upon arrival at your destination.
