Proceed to Level 5 / Baggage Claim of the Main Terminal. Supershuttle counters are located adjacent to the car rental area. The representative will direct you to the proper shuttle loading area on Island 3 of the East or West Terminal depending in your final destination.

  • Vans will hold either a maximum of seven (7) or eleven (11) passengers
  • Shuttles operate between 3:30am and 11:00pm daily

Luggage Limitations:

  • Please limit luggage to 2 carry-on bags and 2 check-in bags per person (including oversize/excessive luggage eg golf clubs)
  • Luggage must not exceed weight of 50lbs per bag.
  • Oversized or excessive luggage (over 50lbs)/golf clubs/bikes/surf boards have certain restrictions. Please inquire prior to booking to see if your excess luggage is acceptable.

Once you have booked and received your travel voucher, the contact details for the travel service operator will be on this voucher under the heading 'Important Information'. Where applicable, you are required to call the travel service operator directly to advise of additional information such as:
  • Hotel for pick up
  • Weights for helicopter tours
  • Choice of times for tours
  • Special dietary requirements, meal choices etc.

You must call the travel service operator at least 48 hours prior, or upon arrival at your destination.
