The driver will collect you from the hotel lobby and if requested, will assist with luggage. Passengers will be taken to the Heathrow terminal of their choice. The minibus will only visit the hotels required by passengers onboard thereby saving unnecessary stops or delays. On arrival at the terminal door at Heathrow, your driver will direct you the check-in area for your flight.

• This transfer must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date
• Confirmation for this product will be received at time of booking
• This transfer is valid ONLY on the date booked
• Buses are not fitted with wheelchair access equipment. Passengers traveling with a wheelchair are advised that they must be able to board the vehicle on foot. The wheelchair should also be collapsible. The supplier may be able to arrange alternative transport if they cannot serve you using one of their own vehicles. At time of booking, please advise you will be traveling with a wheelchair as there is often an extra charge for using this service.
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 piece of carry on luggage. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the supplier to see if your excess luggage is acceptable (contact details on confirmation voucher).
• Journey times will depend on time of day and season, however this is the only service licensed to use London's Bus Lanes with the exception of public buses and Black Taxis so you will avoid the worst traffic – even private limousines have to sit in the traffic jam!
• Vehicles will be modern 10 or 12 seat Mercedes or VW shuttles with leather seats and full air-conditioning
• We guarantee we will make no more than 3 drop offs in addition to your own, and these will all be local to your destination minimizing overall journey time

You MUST call at least 48 hours before day of departure quoting your name and booking reference to book your 15 minute window. Please be waiting in the lobby at the commencement of the 15 minute pickup window.

At time of booking, YOU MUST include the following flight and hotel details in the "Special Requirements" box:
