  • Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be  accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark. Additional charges may apply
  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • We guarantee we will make no more than 3 pickups in addition to your own, and these will all be local to your location minimizing overall journey time
You MUST call at least 48 hours before day of departure quoting your name and booking reference to book your 15 minute window. Please be waiting in the lobby at the commencement of the 15 minute pickup window.
