When is Paris..Dont miss....

The City of Light has hundreds of attractions and interesting sights, but these spots stand head and shoulders above the rest.

Eiffel Tower
No European tour would be complete without seeing the Eiffel Tower, Europe’s most recognizable monument. The Eiffel Tower is an architectural marvel and its sheer size is something to behold. It’s visible from practically any vantage point in the city, but still worth a on-site visit. It’s usually crowded, but you won’t mind waiting in line once you see the view of Paris from the top.

Louvre Museum
The Louvre is probably the most famous art museum in the world and the home of the Leonardo da Vinci masterpiece, "Mona Lisa," the most famous painting in the world.
Its collections span the entire history of human existence. To avoid the crowd, the best time to go is opening time (9 a.m.) on weekdays. The worst time to go is the first Sunday of each month when the lines are long and winding. While you can enter through the glass pyramid like everyone else, pass through the Louvre mall beneath the museum instead. There are less people.

Centre Pompidou
Centre Pompidou contains modern art and architecture collections that can only be described as hip and funky. There are wonderful exhibits on theater, literature, music and film. Meanwhile, since all that art can be tiring, the museum also has a cinema, live concerts and an area for children. Centre Pompidou is the brainchild of President Georges Pompidou.

Arc de Triomphe
This monument to Napoleon Bonaparte, the fearless French leader, attracts 2.5 million visitors a year. In 1806, Bonaparte himself thought of the idea of a monument to his army and its military accomplishments. Today, the Arc de Triomphe symbolizes victory to Parisians. It is where celebrations of Tour de France and Bastille Day are held. The upper level of the Arc de Triomphe provides a spectacular view of the city and of the Champs Elysees.

Cite des Sciences at de l'Industrie
This interactive museum is one of the most visited attractions in Paris. It has hands-on exhibits on anatomy, botany, biology and dozens more.

Musee d'Orsay
It’s not as popular or renowned as the Louvre, but the Musee d'Orsay’s Impressionist collection is comparable to that of any other museum in the world. Built on a former rail station, the museum’s atmosphere enhances its fine exhibits.

Arènes de Lutece
Constructed during the 1st century, this amphitheater hosted real-life gladiator fights and other forms of entertainment. During its heyday, over 17,000 spectators sat in the stands and were entertained by blood sport. The Arènes de Lutece is one of the most impressive ruins from the Gallo-Roman era along with the Thermes baths at Cluny. Today, the amphitheater is where people come to play boules.

Notre Dame Cathedral
This is the Gothic cathedral that inspired Victor Hugo’s novel, “The Hunchback of Notre Dame.” In the 19th century, restoration efforts by the most popular French architect in history, Viollet-le-Duc, helped ensure that the cathedral’s architecture has remained impressive to this day.

Sainte Chapelle
While Notre Dame seems to be a bit gloomy, Sainte Chapelle is exactly the opposite, especially when viewed on a sunny day. Rendered in Rayonnante Gothic style, its huge stained glass windows extend to the ceiling and are a sight to behold. When the sun is bright, the play of stained glass colors inside Sainte Chapelle is dazzling.

Pantheon
The resting place of the heroes of the French Republic can leave visitors in awe and in wide-eyed wonder..

Chateau de Versailles
Certainly, the home of King Louis XIV is worth a visit.
