Costa de la Luz - Great for surfers
The Costa de la Luz is the western part of the Andalusian coastline that faces out onto the Atlantic ocean. This part of the coast has not seen the high-rise hotel development of other areas and the often strong Atlantic winds and waves attract a lot of wind surfers and surfboarders.

Chiclana is a real Andalucian town, not just a well-delveloped tourist spot where you spend the vacation on the beach. Ten minutes drive, and you are on the stunning La Barrosa beach, or in the very cosmopolitan Novo Sancti Petri holiday resort.
