Dim Cay in Alanya
If you are staying in Antalya then don’t miss out on a visit to Dim Cay River. Dim Cay is very close to the resort of Alanya. The river is not within walking distance of the resort so you will either need to hire a car or book a local tour.
Dim Cay Rivers sits amongst the Taurus Mountains and offers a welcome break from the beach. All along the river you will find restaurants, activity centres offering canoeing and rafting and hiking opportunities.
Some of the restaurants have their own water parks and sun beds so you can really spend a complete day by the river. The restaurants are super and offer you the chance to eat fish while you are actually sitting in the river or if you want to keep your feet dry then you can sit and have your lunch in one of the pods on stilts or even in one of the specially made wooden pavilions built into the mountains. You should try the Alabalik fish which is locally caught and is perfect with a glass of cold local beer and salad.
