All the major hotel-casinos provide a wide range of different dining options, gourmet restaurants and sumptuous buffets. The hotels with the most popular buffets are the Bellagio, Planet Hollywood, Rio, Paris and Wynn. A buffet meal costs around US$30 per head during weekends and around half-price for lunch on weekdays.

Craftsteak
Located at the MGM Grand, Craftsteak is widely regarded as one of the best steak houses in the US. It’s driving force is chef Tom Colicchio, a winner of the prestigious James Beard culinary award. Top of the World
Located at the top floor of the Stratosphere Tower, Top of the World is a revolving gourmet restaurant that is famous for its excellent service and its Colorado rack of lamb. Couples will enjoy the romantic ambience of dining among the clouds. Top of the World also boasts of a superb wine list.
Mesa Grill
Located at Caesars Palace, Mesa Grill specializes in Southwestern food, which chef Bobby Flay prepares with a special flair. House specialties include the sweet potato tamale and the spicy pork tenderloin. Mesa Grill’s ambience is bright and bubbly, thanks to its colorful interiors
Nobu
Located at the Hard Rock Hotel, Nobu serves the best sushi in Las Vegas. Its kobe beef is the real thing. Nobu also has a unique fusion of traditional Japanese dishes with a Latin touch. This is Chef Matasuhisa's second Nobu outlet following the success of his New York restaurant.
Picasso
Its name comes from the original Picasso paintings and ceramics that adorn the restaurant and give it a museum feel. Thankfully, its still the food that’s the star of this place. Picasso is renowned for its exquisite Spanish, French and Mediterranean cuisine. Try their sautéed fallow deer.
