Cancellations and amendments must be made by logging into the 'My Bookings' page. You should make sure you are familiar with the cancellation policy for the hotel you have booked by checking the information on your hotel voucher.

Amendments are subject to availability and if you want to change the dates of stay, then the rates can be subject to an increase or decrease.
