You can call our European Customer Support Team toll free if you are calling from Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Hungary, Germany, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or the United Kingdom. United States callers can also use a toll free number when they call our US Office – that's our guarantee.

Since the year 2000 over 1 million customers have booked their hotel accommodation with us. We don’t transfer your booking once it has been confirmed and you have been issued your voucher. We don’t change the rate or the hotel – that’s our guarantee.

To date we have been able to accommodate 99.9% of our customers in the accommodation they selected, however very occasionally the hotel may need to make a change. If we are not able to accommodate you in the hotel you booked, then we guarantee to find you an alternative in the same class or higher and we will pay for your door to door taxi transfer. You will not pay any costs.
