Yes, I received my voucher with the change of my reservation to March 23 for 3 nights for a triple room at Hotel Pyramid in Rome, Italy. Your service so far has been excellent and your "My Bookings" page very easy to use. I easily made the change request on my reservation there and within 30 minutes received this confirmation. As a first time user of GTA, I must say I am very impressed!
I plan to use GTA for new additional books during this trip which will include Venice.

I am always sceptical about paying in advance but I am very impressed with the service I received. I had to amend my booking and this was dealt with very promptly. Although I e-mailed the amendment on Christmas eve I received my refund on my credit card on Christmas Day. The whole process only took 1 e-mail. Both the hotels were outstanding, of a very high standard, excellent price and the staff at both were a credit. You were extremely helpful and efficient in organizing this for us and I cannot put into words how impressed we were with your customer service and standards.

My family and I have just returned from the Vendome in Brussels (booked through yourselves). We had two rooms for four nights and were made very welcome. The hotel provides good service, an excellent breakfast and well furnished rooms with safes included. We are already looking at booking through you again and £ for £ this was every bit as good as priceline - the main differences being tax included and I choose the hotel. In addition to my several questioning e-mails while I was trying to choose hotels, we even called gtahotels.com from Athens to change accommodations. Each contact I had with your personnel was especially helpful, and a young man who called us in Greece with information was professional, and your folks seemed truly interested in making the trip work the way we wanted it to. They were willing to make an extra effort to be sure all details were accurately and efficiently taken care of. This was my third experience booking hotels through the internet; each has been just fine, but I am now committed to trying to continue to book through gtahotels.com. My husband and I are teachers; we often travel in the summer, as do many of our friends. We will be using you again next year and we will be recommending you widely.

I tried Gtahotels for the first time and got several search results, including one for an upscale hotel in Dubai for only $49/night. I was probably more estactic than most as our savings were more than half of the normal rate of the room.
