I'd like to go to New Zealand and work there for a year or two 'cause I've heard it's possible and it's easy to find a job there.
Does anybody have this kind of experience? How can I find a job exactly? Should I wait till I get there or should I start searching now already?

You really need to make some research about employment and visas we well as housing and insurance etc...
