This list is not extensive.
Redecoration and maintenance is necessary to the upkeep of the hotel and may take place without prior warning, however the hotelier will endeavour to keep inconvenience to a minimum. The effects of normal wear and tear can be expected in a hotel and these are beyond our control.

The hotel has been carrying out renovation works since April and these will last for another 18 months. There will be a mixture of structural and soft works taking place and scaffolding will be in place on the outside of the hotel. They will also create a new Spa area and upgrade some of the rooms.

The hotel is carrying out some soft refurbishments on the public areas. From the 07th January until 26th February 2008 they will work on the terrace, they hope to complete works on the Spa and Fitness area by the end of September 2008, in the meantime a temporary fitness area is available on level 2.

The hotel has recently advised us of their renovation plans. As from mid March the hotel will now be 100% Non smoking. There will be 92 rooms instead of 90 and the parking faculties at the resort will be changed to limited PAID parking only.
Please note: The majority of work has now finished, however, there will be painting and decorating still in some rooms. We have been advised this will be kept to a minimum and not in any of the public areas.

When the restaurant and kitchen are undergoing works meals will be served in a meeting room located on the first floor.
