"Excellent service, good location, good value for money" Lovley little hotel just a few minutes from Promenades des Anglais and the Negresco Hotel. The room was an average size, very clean and it looked like it's just been refurbished, the bathroom was clean as well and the towels were changed every morning. The breakfast room is on the 1st floor and the actual breakfast I thought it was good value for money, 7 euros for a continental breakfast. Excellent service, very prompt and friendly, I would like to thank you Viviane and her collegues from the day and night shift and also the lady that served me at breakfast for making our stay very pleasant. I travel to South of France a few times a year and I will stay there again.

"Great location and value!" This smallish hotel is a great choice because of its excellent location proximate to the Promenade des Anglais, shopping, and all Nice has to offer. There is parking close by, and friendly, helpful (in the French manner) staff. We had a triple with bath and a double with shower: very satisfactory and clean, but smallish. New owners have just arrived and changed some of the previously described amenities, but we found everything we needed. Easy walk to the train station to visit Monte Carlo. Bottom line: This is Nice and the Riviera, enjoy the nice, small accomodation in a great location and get out to the beach! The price point is an excellent value, we would stay here again.
