"Ac Diplomatic Hotel is in a fantastic location" Ac Diplomatic Hotel is in a fantastic location, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms more than big enough (which is rare for Europe). However, the front desk staff is not helpful at all. However, it is a great location. Close to the metro stations and right off Las Ramblas but still far enough away.

"21 days" We stay 21 days in the AC Diplomatic from April to May and it was a great time ; .I am paraplegic using an electric Scooter and the Hotel has everything adaptable for Handicap persons. Is very well located; one block from Paseo de Gracia and even the rooms for handicaps have electric beds. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the Hotel personal very profesional and friendly I recomend this Hotel if you want to spend a few days in Barcelona.

"Pleasantly surprised" I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting somewhere comfortable without breaking the bank. Very friendly service, nice clean rooms, and great location. As a vegetarian, i was really impressed by the fact that they provided soya milk at breakfast!

"Loved it" This is the ideal place to stay in Barcelona! We were able to walk almost everywhere and when we needed to travel to farther out sites, the metro was around the corner. The room was sleek and modern and the staff was terrific. A few previous reviews mentioned indifferent staff, but I'm fluent in Spanish and it may have helped. We didn't eat at the hotel, as there are great restaurants nearby. We would absolutely return here!
