The hotel is located in the cultural and historical centre of Barcelona, and is surrounded by numerous boutiques, cafes, bars and restaurants. The sea is roughly 1 km away and public transport is within very easy reach.

Built in 1850 and renovated in 1992, the hotel has 5 floors with a total of 38 rooms, of which 4 are singles and 34 are doubles. The air-conditioned hotel offers its guests a 24-hour reception service, a safe, a lift and cafe. There is also a TV room and a laundry service available.
