The complex is located just 500 m from sandy Fanabe Beach and 1.5 km from the resort centre of Playa de las Americas. Public transport and shopping opportunities are around 50 m away. In addition, Santa Cruz is around 75 km away and Tenerife south airport may be reached in around 20 minutes.

Renewed in 2002, the resort includes Castalia Park and Los Brezos complexes. It includes 203 apartments over 2 floors as well as a stunning sun terrace and garden. Facilities include a reception, currency exchange, a restaurant serving breakfast and dinner, bar, TV room and Internet access.
