* Affinia Gardens offers 130 residential-style guest suites with large windows and fully equipped kitchens in a 13-story building. Bedding includes pillowtop mattresses, down comforters, roll pillows, and down pillows, plus three-choice pillow menus. Adjustable halogen reading lights are above beds.

* Three methods of connecting to the Internet are available: wired, wireless, and with 32-inch televisions via wireless keyboards. Televisions also offer pay movies, video games and video check-out. DVD players and VCRs are available on request.

* Kitchens include granite counters, four-burner ranges, microwaves, and full-sized refrigerators. Large desks come with task lights and cordless two-line telephones. (Two-line telephones are at bedsides, also.)

* Bathrooms contain shower/tubs with curved shower rods for extra elbow room. Decor includes oak furniture (including headboards) stained black, beige carpeting, cream-colored walls and ceilings, white Roman window shades, and vanity counters with mirrors and red-leather stools.
