The atmosphere is homely & welcoming with newly decorated bedrooms in a rustic style but with all comforts. "A Breath of fresh air"
My wife and I have just returned from a stay of 3 days. Our room was excellent, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool area was particularly inviting after a long day sight seeing. The restaurant is attached, but seperately run to the hotel. We ate there on each evening and found the food to be very good as was the service, however as some other guests said, 'the menu is very Italian' well it would be wouldn't it! so if you're not sure ask! as we found the staff very helpful! The food is not cheap but then neither is the quality of the meal. Our only criticism was that the bar was very under used, guests were not encouraged to use the bar area, which if you don't have a car could be a problem. The hotel is ideal for early or late departures as it provides a transfer service at a reasonable rate. Book direct on hotelpisa will probably save you money.

"The hills are alive...."
I have just returned from a three day stay with my partner at this clean, simple and modern hotel. If you like idyllic locations, relaxed atmosphere and a decent service then stay here. The staff were polite and friendly and tried there best to accommodate. It would suit those with a car who wish to explore the area and beyond which is quite beautiful even from its grounds. The pool is a bonus and a great stop for topping up the tan before heading onto the sites. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to various locations but only on availability otherwise there is the taxi or the local bus service which we did not attempt to use as it was simply too hot! For a 3 star hotel it offers a good service, the breakfast is basic but compared to other hotels with the same rating I think we got a very good deal overall. Downside, there are no local shops in walking distance should you wish for snacks or other basics, so again plan your trip carefully. Oh Tuscany still has mosquitoes even in late August so protection is advised.

"Good Location"
A charming little hotel on the outskirts of Pisa center. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly and we felt very much at home. Lovely swimming pool and generally not too busy. The room we had was a very good size and the bed was large and very comfortable. Bathroom is large and well appointed. We had a really nice time, and were so happy we stayed there instead of a hotel in town.
