"Pleasantly surprised!"
I imagine that we arrived to the Suites Airport Hotel (no longer called Comfort Suites) post renovation. Our room seemed to have brand new carpet and a few updated pieces of furniture. It was clean and the air-conditioning worked well. The restaurant wasn't too pricey and cooked up an extremely delicious cheeseburger. The Phad Thai was good too. In the morning we promptly recieved our wake-up call and stumbled to a pretty good buffet breakfast. The shuttle to the airport was free and well organized. The airplane sounds were surprisingly pretty quiet. Don't expect a luxury resort in an awesome location. This hotel is meant for those who need easy access to the airport. It was fine and I'd stay again if I needed to.

"Perfrect for a room & bed before flying out of Bangkok"
You get what you pay for and this Hotel is definately not the Ritz, but you should not expect that.
They provide large, clean rooms and reliable trnasfers to and from the airport.
Our transfers to the hotel were delayed due to traffic jams at the airport, which meant we were waiting at the airport waiting for the shuttle bus instead of in bed asleep (although I think this was outside the hotels control). Having said that, the shuttle bus was full and meant some guests were left behind for the shuttle to drop us off and return.
I recommend you try to get your bags and meet the Hotel representative quickly so you are not left waiting if it is busy.

"Great Bargain"
We arrived at 11:45 PM after travelling 30 + hours. We were met promptly and checked in within 2 minutes. The breakfast was great the next morning and away we went back to the airport to fly to another city. Two airport transfers and breakfast for $43!!!! The room was large and cool, nothing special but the bed sure felt good.
