"fantastic hotel" have stayed here twice now and cannot fault this amazing hotel, staff are extremely friendly, do everything with a smile. Food in the many restaurants is excellent, the Italian, japanese and thai retsaurants are outstanding. Faultless.

"Fabulous" My husband and I have recently returned from a fabulous stay at te Al Bustan Rotana. We have stayed here previously and the hotel is still as good as it ever was. The staff are very friendly and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. The manager of The Gazebo lounge even remebered our names from our stay last year. The food in the restaurants is second-to-none. We ate in the hotel most nights and once again enjoyed the pleasures of the Blue Elephant Thai Restaurant. This time we also ate in Oxygen which is attached to the hotel. It does a good mix of International cuisine and is very reasonably priced too. When we were there, you could have a two course meal with soft drinks and wine for 69 dirhams per person. This was excellent value. The rooms are large and well fitted. The towels are changed twice a day and supplies of shampoo, shower gel etc are replaced. Complimentary bottles of mineral water are also left in the rooms. If you fancy a cup of tea or coffee in the comfort of your room, facilities are provided. The pool area is kept clean and tidy and the pool attendants are on-hand to move your umbrella and put your towels out before you even ask them to. the also come round twice a day with frozen towels to help you cool down and small fruit kebabs. The pool bar has a happy hour between 11am and noon and 6pm and 7pm. We are already planning our next visit.

"A First Class Hotel" Me and my wife have recently returned from the Al Bustan Rotana Hotel. We have travelled all over the world, and found that this hotel is up there with the best. The service is excellent, all the staff are very accomodating and will bend over backwards to make sure that you have an excellent stay. I have stayed at the 7 star Burj Al Jarab and found that this hotel is equivilent to the standard of the hotel if not better. The food is excellent and is very reasonably priced. My wife is already looking to book for the new year and next summer. Would recommend this hotel to any one.

Excellent hotel, good service and great food! Have just come back from Dubai. An excellent trip, the place is great. Our hotel was very good. The lobby is really nice and quite spacious with little fountains much to my daughters delight. Our room was very nice and spacious. Bed was really comfortable and room was air conditioned. The pool is nice and the gym excellent. One of the biggest I have seen for a hotel. Now the food was really good. Breakfast had a huge variety. The Blue Elephant was just like Thai food I experience in UK. Decor of restaurant was nice. There was curry night at one of the restaurants which was excellent value for money. So that's it really. I would go back to this hotel to stay.
