Renovated in 2003, this apartment complex comprises a total of 28 apartments situated in two different buildings. Since the town centre is around 3 km away, it is recommended that guests bring their own car or hire one. Each apartment has its own parking space. Younger guests may let off some steam in the children's playground.

Due to the situation of the complex, the management recommends that guests arrive by car. Dogs are allowed for a surcharge which must be paid on arrival. Check-in is from 4 to 8 pm. In the case of late arrival, guests should inform the complex in advance. Check-out is by 10 am. All guests must leave a cash deposit, which will be refunded on departure.
