LOCATION

The Botel Albatros is located in Central Prague, 1 kilometres (0,6 miles) to the Old Town Square and 1,5 kilometres (0,9 miles) to the Wenceslas Square. The area offers not only the historic sights, but also shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities.

On your way to the Old Town Square you can visit the Municipal House which is a wonderful example of Art Nouveau architecture and includes a concert hall.

The old Town Square consists of wonderful medieval structures such as the St. Nicholas Church, the Old Town Hall, the Tyn Cathedral and the Astronomical Clock. The famous Charles Bridge is also in close proximity.

The Wenceslas Square is a boulevard offering numerous shops, bars, night clubs and restaurants. The National Museum and the State Opera are located on the Wenceslas Square as well.

When you walk out the hotel and walk towards the west, you will see a bridge which will take you to the Letna Park where you can enjoy the nature. National Technical Museum which includes a railroad museum is located here as well. The home stadium of Sparta Prague football team is also in walking distance (1,4 kilometres / 0,8 mile) to the Botel Albatros.

To reach the hotel from the Prague Rzyna Airport by using public transportation, you can take the Airport Express to Dejvicka bus stop and transfer here to tram no. 8. Then you can get off at Dlouha Trida tram station which is 500 metres (0,3 miles) to the hotel.
