"Autumn Break"
Just returned from a 10 day break at this hotel booked with Seguro Holidays. Very impressed with the hotel and the standard of service. Excellent room with seaview, so nice to go to sleep and waken to the sound of the sea on the beach. Breakfast was superb as were meals in the restaurants. The resort itself is a little tired but efforts are being made to spruce things up with the new restaurants and boardwalk on the beach leading to the new Marina. It must be said that we ate out most nights and never had a poor meal, good quality at reasonable prices, but entertainment in the resort was practically non existent. Will be pleased to return to the Hotel Algarve Casino especially for a quiet break.

"Excellent Honeymoon"
I have just returned from my honeymoon and stayed in this hotel. I have been reading the reviews months before my departure and I was concerned about some of the comments made by other trip advisors. I have to say it is probably the best place I have ever stayed, we had only arrived about 20 mins and a kind waiter brought us up a big bottle of champagne and ice and wished us a lovely honeymoon. We paid extra for a sea view room and it was definately well worth it. The breakfast was of the highest standard, anything you wanted you could have got, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The location could not have been better and I would recommend eating in the Dolca Vita italian across the road from the hotel, also the titanic is a must. The only down side is that the show in the casino was not great and the food before the show was pretty average and quite expensive. Overall we had the best time ever and don't worry if you have booked to go soon, you will really enjoy it.
