"Nice stay" We stay here for 3 nights and this has been a pleasant experience. The room is clean and tidy with Chinese furniture. The view is ok. The service is quick and nice but the "hardware" can be improved: like providing slippers. The location is very nice, near to Bugis MRT station and Orchard road. Actually, I want to look for books in Singapore. There are big bookstores just located on the opposite side of the road! There is a big National library too. Will stay here next time, but deluxe room is suggested.

"Love the hotel" Easy access to MRT, local food & fruit. Small room but it had everything that met my requirement - CLEAN. Very nice housekeeper, friendly receptionist & concierge. I will stay at this hotel on my next visit to Singapore. Forgot to mention - if you have a late flight, this hotel will allow you take a shower before you go to the airport eventhough you already checkout.

"Very Pleasant Surprise" I was booked in to this hotel through the Singapore Airlines Stopover deal, and was expecting to be given a small and poky room. Instead I got a big room that was clean and comfortable, with a big bathroom that included a bath. The airconditioning was extremely effective, the staff very friendly and the location very convenient. Taxi fares were about $5 to Tangs or Takashimaya department stores. Its a short enough distance to walk but was too hot for me!
