"totally fine"
I think we enjoyed our experience of Thailand and this was a good starting point. The pool is lovely and facilities basic but totally fine, the room was clean and grounds pleasant.

"bathroom is unacceptably dirty & worn"
Was a nice hotel. However, the bathroom is unacceptably dirty & worn, with mould on the edge of tub, & water heater didn't work at all.
