This superb apartment hotel is located in the hills of Puerto Rico between the beaches of Amadores and Puerto Rico, and offers its guests an impressive view over the Atlantic Ocean. A public bus network goes to both beaches. The well-known Centro Commercial Europa with a variety of entertainment possibilities is about 200 metres away. There is an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars here. Puerto Rico is about 1.5 km away and the hotel is about 45 km south of Gran Canaria (Las Palmas) airport.

The 8-storey hotel complex comprises 257 apartments for smokers and non-smokers. The apartments are available either as an Apartamento Estandar or an Apartamento VIP. The air conditioned hotel offers a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, and lift access. A games room is located next to the reception, and offers a large selection of new games. Furthermore, the hotel complex is equipped with a restaurant, a cafe, a bar, a TV lounge, and conference facilities. For an additional fee, guests can use the public Internet access and room and laundry services. A children's playground, bicycle hire and a car park are also available.
