Lovely!
My Boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel in January 2006. We both agree that it was a perfect choice. The hotel is in chawang beach, but at the very end so you dont get any noise. It is infact very quiet, relaxing and private. We had a garden view room, which turned out to be a good choice even though I had wanted a sea room. As it turned out the sea rooms are right by the main pool. Our garden room was across the road in the gardens. Most of the rooms are located here. It is a truely beautiful setting. Please do not be put off by the road. 24-7 there is someone to stop the traffic for you, plus the road isnt much of a road, dont be thinking that it is a main road by european standards. The actual rooms are beautifully decorated and big (we had a superior room). If you are like us, then you will injoy the location of The Armari. We liked the peace and privacy. There are some really nice restaurants and bars. The service was the best we have ever recieved in any hotel anywhere. We were prone to some Triple decker club sandwiches at 3am a few times, and room service promptly supplied! The buffet breakfast is amazing. I am particularly found of my food and I was not disappointed! There was so much choice, from your full fry to miso soup. All in all, my advice is stay at the Amari, its the best.

Didn't want to leave!
Stayed for 4 nights at this hotel and was really impressed! Booked a superior room but we were clearly given a deluxe, judging by the size of the room and the bed (looks identical to the photo shown on the hotel website). Nice big bathroom with a tub and a shower. Balcony was small but good enough for couples/ friends. The breakfast spread was absolutely overwhelming, lunch was definitely not needed after that. However, do try Pregos for lunch or dinner, the food there was great! Service was also prompt and friendly. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Lovely Hotel
Location is excellent, close enough to all the bussle of central Chaweng but far enough to not be touched by it - to be honest we did feel rather superior having the best of both worlds. Hotel room was very nice, large bathroom, enormous bed and the DVD.CD player in the room is a real bonus which we made good use of. Breakfast at the hotel is very good and the service of the staff here excellent.We stayed in a superior room which was over the opposite side of the road to the beach - it was very peaceful.
