"Fabulous Holiday!"
My husband and I spent a week at this hotel. We were spoilt from the start. Beautifully clean, large bedrooms, wonderful breakfasts and the most chic beach we've been on. Nothing was to much trouble for anyone. Lunch at the beach restaurant was always great, we recommend the salads!
Turn down service at night was thoughtful as were the two little chocolates on the pillow!
We would recommend this hotel to anyone and in fact we will be going back next year.

"Great internet deal"
We stayed at the Ambassadeur for 2 nights in July 05. We got a great online deal for this hotel, which I highly recommend looking into. This is a large hotel that seems to cater to the business traveler a bit. But they were extremely professional and helpful, even recommending a terrific restaurant off the beaten path where we had dinner on the beach with our feet in the sand. They were also very good when my parents were unhappy with their room, about trying to find them another room that would better suit them.
The rooms were very clean and with traditional provencal decoration. When we got to our room our carpet was wet and we soon discovered that's because the maid had just cleaned them. It was a bit inconvenient, but nice to know that they keep the place clean. The bathrooms were modern and overall the rooms were clean and very comfortable. All the rooms facing the outside had balconies.
The hotel itself sits just outside of the Juan les Pins craziness. It was the perfect location. Walking distance to the shops and beaches, but far enough away to be a little quiet.
The pool area is very nice and large. The hotel charges for everything so there's even a charge for the chairs by the pool.

"A Wonderful Experience"
Fantastic hotel - away from the hustle and bustle yet a five mins stroll into town. Made even more enjoyable by the quirkiness of hotel staff. Only fault was the service especially around the pool, waiting 2 hrs for a snack then a further hour or so for a drink.. but we learnt to live with it and would definately return!! |
