"Only place to stay in Monaco" The staff was really great and the dining room was nice. Also, it is close to McDonald's (for a quick munchie break), the bus lines, Stars and Bars (the internet cafe), the grocery store and the outdoor market. I plan to go over a couple times of year and have no intention of ever staying anyplace else.

"Enjoyed our stay!" My husband and I stayed at the Ambassador in late November and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great location - walking distance to everything and near many good, affordable restaurants. Room was large for Europe (although somewhat smoky - even though a non-smoking room - we had some Febreeze with us)and clean. Bathrooms were also good sized and breakfast was more than adequate (included in our rate). Staff was also very helpful and spoke good english. A previous reviewer noted that the hotel is walking distance to the train station. This is true if you take the correct exit - we exited out of the main, front of the station and got lost. I believe the correct exit was near platform "C". The general area was under construction while we were there but leaving the hotel to return to the station took < 5 minutes (even with lots of luggage). We recommend this hotel!
