The AmeriSuites Mall of America is an all-suite hotel located in Bloomington, Minn., just two miles from the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport. The hotel is one mile from the Mall of America's shops, restaurants and light-rail station.

The six-story AmeriSuites Mall of America hotel welcomes guests with seating areas complete with couches and a complimentary 24-hour coffee station. Adjacent the lobby, continental breakfasts are served daily.

Spacious guest suites at the AmeriSuites Mall of America include contemporary furnishings in living and sleeping areas separated by half-walls. Beautifully decorated studio suites are well appointed, clean and comfortable; featuring all amenities that today's travelers have become accustomed to. Come allow the hotel staff to pamper you as you relax and unwind.

The hotel is scheduled to undergo renovations beginning April 1, 2007. The estimated completion date is July 2007. These dates are subject to change.

PROPERTY AMENITIES

* An indoor splash pool is open year-round and the 24-hour fitness center includes cardiovascular equipment. Complimentary hotel services include wireless Internet access in common areas and scheduled shuttle transportation to both the airport and Mall of America. On-site parking is also complimentary.

ROOM AMENITIES

* Guestrooms include cable television, video game consoles that require a fee for usage, and complimentary Internet access. Private bathrooms feature separate sink and vanity areas with full-length mirrors and complimentary toiletries. Select suites include minibars, microwave ovens, compact refrigerators and coffeemakers.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of this hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
