"A Great First Time Experience!"
My friend and I went to Amsterdam for a concert - this was our first trip out to the Netherlands! We had been looking all over the city and read tons of reviews and decided to stay at this hotel finally! And we were soo glad we did. Like I said it was our first trip there and we weren't familiar with the area at all so it was VERY nice to be in the middle of everything! The staff was absolutely superb! They helped up track down our hotel tickets - which eventually were hand delivered to us! They also made our breakfast reservations on our departure day with no problems! On arrival, we had special requests that had been honored to the T - we had even forgotten we had made the requests as usually most requests are not always guaranteed! But everything was perfect!!!
The city is soooo well laid out that we ended up walking everyplace and the fact that our hotel was friendly and right in the most perfect location, we took Amsterdam on as soon as we arrived! We would def stay there again and would highly recommend it as a perfect place to begin a love affair for such a great city!

"Prime location"
This hotel is in the best part of Amsterdam in my view. Pretty much the geographical centre and a hub for trams. Despite this the room was quiet with little outside noise.
The hotel itself is good by Amsterdam standards. Apparently some rooms have canal views, but not mine. But the room is massive with plenty of room for 2. A good comfortable King Bed.
Mini bar prices are expensive but there are a number of convenience stores just outside the door. So get your beer there. 7.50 euro for a heineken is a joke.
Staff are friendly and what you would expect of a 4 star. Really, the whole hotel is standard for a 4 star but the larger room made me give it an above average. Plus Cafe Aericain which is a must visit even for just afternoon tea. Although, you don't need to stay here to visit.

"Great Location"
Great location. Near Museum Quarter and convenient public transportatin to get anywhere else in the city. Near many different ethnic restaurants.
Stayed in a Junior Suite. Nice modern room and bathroom. Beautiful restaurant. Good breakfast buffet but cheaper options nearby.
We would stay here again.
