"Great Hotel Loved the Pool" Just got back from a long weekend in Madrid staying at the Amura Alcobendas. As previous reviews state the hotel is about 16km from the centre that you cover by getting the courtesey bus to Plaza Castilla and then transfering onto the metro, all in all about 40mins of a trip. Normally we would be the first to say that we should have gone for a hotel in the centre, however we knew in advance that we would be outside the city but the lure of the rooftop pool made the decision for us.We werent disappointed.The hotel is a four star and the rooftop pool gave us somewhere to relax and chill at the end of the day being open until 11pm. In my book the price and facilities outweighed the location, and I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

"The Best Hotel I've Been Stayed" My stayed at Hotel Amura Alcobendas was really marvellous. First of all, the staff improves a very good english, the Buffet Breakfast is very assorted and the swimming pool, gym and sauna are unique. The best stay in a 4 stars Hotel

"Great vacation hotel" Excellent hotel. It is designed as a business style conference hotel. Clean, roomy, and with every amenity. Friendly, helpful staff. Shuttle service but for too short of hours. No service after 7pm. Nice pool on the roof. Sauna and workout room are great. Hot tub was not hot while we were there, but may have been a fluke. The only drawback was the distance from rail center. Once at the station fast, clean efficent trains whisked you to the center of Madrid in a relatively short time.
