The bus stop is only 400 meters away (tickets and schedules are available in the hotel's reception).

From Milan: Take the A4 Milano – Venezia motorway to the Marghera exit. Follow the directions for Venezia - Chioggia - Ravenna; at the first traffic circle, turn right and head towards Marghera Centro; at the second traffic circle (Piazzale Parmesan), turn into Via Calvi and at the end turn left into Via Luigi Coletti.
From Belluno, Udine and Trieste: From the A27 Belluno – Venezia motorway and the A4 Trieste – Venezia motorway, turn into the bypass heading towards Padova - Milano and take the last exit towards Marghera - Chioggia - Ravenna. Upon reaching the large traffic circle, take the exit on the right heading towards Marghera Centro. At the second traffic circle (Piazzale Parmesan), head down Via Calvi and at the end turn left into Via Luigi Coletti.
From Ravenna and Chioggia: From the Romea State Road, follow the directions for the A4 Milano – Venezia motorway. Go past the shopping centers on the right, and at the large traffic circle, take the first exit on the right heading towards Marghera Centro. At the second traffic circle (piazzale Parmesan), take the third road (via Calvi) at the end turn left into Via Luigi Coletti.

The hotel is located around 800m away from the Venezia Mestre train station. Outside the station, go through the underpass taking the MARGHERA exit and go along Via Ulloa, at the end of this street, there is a large square (Piazzale Giovannacci), turn right and follow viale Paolucci. At the end of the lane, after the Alì supermarket and the gas station on your right, in the first cross-street turn into via Luigi Coletti. Alternatively, take the bus number 15; in this case, after taking the station's underpass, you must exit towards the MESTRE and in front of the station take bus number 15 to Marghera. Get off on the last stop of viale Paolucci in front of supermarket Alì, continue towards the gas station and to your right turn to the first cross-street, via Luigi Coletti.

From Venice Marco Polo Airport: The bus ACTV line n. 15 will take you from the airport directly to the hotel in around 30/40 minutes. The ticket costs only 1,10 € and departs every half hour. Get off on Marghera at the last stop of Viale Paolucci in front of the Alì Supermarket. After the gas station to your right is via Luigi Coletti.
From the Treviso – Sant'Angelo airport: Take one of the bus shuttles bound for Venice Mestre, they are coordinated with arriving flights, and the trip lasts around 45/50 minutes while the ticket costs around 5 €. Get off at the Mestre train station, and follow the directions stated in "arriving by train".
