"sad to be back home"
we have just returned from a weeks holiday at the lanzarote bay and we all wish we were still there we traveled in a group of 3 adults and 5 children. lets start at the begininng our flight was delayed by two hours to our dissapointment but arrive in lanzarote at about 11 30 pm got to hotel about 12ish check in was fine very good infact with an english speaking receptionist who was very helpfull.the rooms small and basic but very clean the room we got was in an ideal location on the ground floor looking right out to the pool . the pool is vey clean as is the childrens pool teh staaf around the pool work very hard keeping the place clean and do a good job picking up after less tidy brits but reserve the beds round pool early or u wont get one . the food is excellent good choice for breakfast , dinner , and tea the veal stew is a must ,and it is always getting replenished when ever somthing runs out the staff in bars and resturaunt are very frindly and helpful and do there best to look after u .the only thing that lets this hotel down is the location from the beach but the hotel provide a free bus service into las churcharas which is about 5 mins on the bus and about a 20 min walk if u up for it we did that once abd it was a nice walk also u can get to las bastian beach which is in walking distance .the night time entertainment is excellant mini disco every night for the kids then a spot of bingo and usually a live act . not a lot for kids to do in this part of lanzarote which is a very quite resort but the pool keps them entertained as do the faboulous kids entertianers. so let me sum up after reading some reviews about this hotel i was a bit wary but now i would definaltly go back i think some people just like to moan abot everything i read on here people complaing about the pool being to colld doh on holiday hot counrty what do u expect and as for cockroaches saw 1 the whole week and as we were on a volcanic island what would u expect to see its there habbitata so dont be put of go and enjoy

Stopped here for 2 weeks june 6.our second visit. apart from needing a spruce up ,the hotel all inclusive package is excellent. The staff especialy RAUUL are very friendly and a great laugh .Only downside is the function room which is downstairs and not big enough,they should have entertainment outside,and keep pool bar open at night,will be returning next year!!!!!!

just arrived back yesterday from a 11 nights stay and enjoyed every minute. a party of 2 adults,2 teenagers and 2 children.the entertainment from 10.30am to 12 midnight was great. there was always plenty of sunbeds around the pool, the food was great and plenty of from main meals to snacks. yes there were cockeroches, but there is a large can of spray in the room. every night when we went out we just sprayed the rooms and had no problems. the hotel and rooms are very clean and the maids cleaned rooms daily and changed all towels. there is a curtousy bus that picks up every half hour to the beach,the beaches are beautiful,yes , its windy but you are glad of the cool air,because it gets so hot.
