This apartment complex enjoys a quiet location. There is a public transport stop in the immediate vicinity and restaurants, bars and shops are around 50 m away. The beach can be comfortably reached in a few minutes on foot. The famous Cafe del Mar is only a 5-minute drive away. In addition, nightclubs, the town and tourist centres of San Antonio are roughly 500 m away. Ibiza is 15 km from the complex.

Opened in 2001, this apartment complex comprises a total of 84 apartments. The lobby houses a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a cloakroom, a lift, and a currency exchange counter. The complex is air-conditioned and includes a newspaper stand, a playroom, and a breakfast and dining room. Dining options include a cafe, a bar and an a la carte restaurant, with highchairs for children. For an additional fee, there is a laundry service, medical assistance, a launderette, bicycle hire and Internet access. Younger guests can let off steam in the playground. There is also a bicycle storage room.There are no rooms adapted to the needs of disabled visitors. Pets are not permitted.
