This sophisticated hotel is situated on a quiet side street. The promenade is only 150m from the hotel and from there a 200m long step path leads to the wide beach below. The La Sandia shopping centre offers a variety of shopping and entertainment venues and is situated only 250m from the hotel. A link to the public transport network lies around 200m from the hotel.

This fully air-conditioned hotel was completely renovated in 2001 and comprises 115 rooms spread over 8 floors of which 91 are double, 10 are single and 14 are suites. The large lobby area of the hotel offers its guests a 24-hour reception and 2 lifts. Additionally, there is a TV and lounge area, a bar and a restaurant with a non-smoking area. Guests may also make use of the room and laundry services offered here as well as Internet access. For the hotel's younger guests, there is an outdoor play area. Car parking facilities are also available.
