Ideally situated in the Kerinou district, the residence will enable you to enjoy a quiet residential district, with its village of many shops and the closeness of the town centre, the harbour and the business area.

The Appart'City residence offers, in a sea horizon deco some furnished and fully equipped apartments for 1 to 4 people, warm and sophisticated living areas where you will find comfort, welfare and relaxation.The arrivals are made from 3:00 pm, allocates before 10 am. It is imperative to prevent (warn) the residence before 6 pm in case of late arrival (before 4 pm on Saturdays). The reception is closed of Saturday. The residence passes on access codes for the late arrivals or the weekend.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of this hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
