Magic Atrium Plaza apartments are 2nd category apartments located in front of the famous Julio Iglesias Auditorium at Parque de la Aiguera. Built in 2006, all units have full bathroom, a room with a doble bed, a room with a single bed, a room with 2 single beds and a living roomw with a sofa bed for two persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and has dishwasher and washing machine. All apartments have heating and air conditioning. Magic Costa Blanca informs its customers that at the arrival, they will have to leave a deposit which will be given back the day of the leaving after checking that the apartment is in good conditions. For the deposit, the client can leave a copy of his credit card, on which the hotel will not charge anything, or leave 125 euros if it's 1 room apartment or 150 euros if it´s a 2 rooms apartment.
