"always greeted with smiles "
Aqua Equus Hotel's service was great. We were always greeted with smiles and willingness to please. The hotel is about 2 to 3 blocks from Ala Moana Park/Marina and Ala Moana Shopping Center not Waikiki Beach. Waikiki Beach is about 5 to 10 minutes away. The rooms are small but very clean.

Aqua Equus Hotel's room itself is on the small side but still comfortable. The bed was great with nice bedding (I even liked the faux Hawaiian quilt on the bed!). Everything was clean, especially the bathroom which is what concerned me the most about this "budget" hotel...but it was very nice and extremely clean. We would definitely book at The Equus again in the future!
