"Great Hotel with excellent service" After the reading the reviews before we left, we were a little concerned, but found these to be conpletely contrary to what we experienced. I am not sure where these other people were staying, but to complain about the level of service at this Hotel seems ludicrous. We were very pleasantly surprised by the excellent welcome by staff, although we arrived at about 1am in the morning. The breakfast was excellent - great options. The room was nice, tidy and clean. The pool was fantastic; the only issue here being that the sun left it for most of the afternoon, but then you are still not going to be cold in Dubai! Overall, after staying at numerous Hotels over the past month throughout Europe, we feel this Hotel went well beyond what its price would indicate, as far as service goes. All of the staff we encountered (whether it be the pool guy, front of desk or cleaning staff etc), appeared happy and freindly - not a common thing to see at all. Will definately be reccomending this hotel to others, and likely stay there again. Well done to the fantastic staff!

"great service" Sorry if I come so late with a feedback about my fabulous FOC weekend last Friday (already a week has gone by), I have been in Abu Dhabi most of this week. Loka, our Media Manager and I had a very good time at the Arabian Park, it started with the most warm welcoming of the Bell Boy, all of them had a "smile" and were absolutely helpful. After an initial hesitation at the reception we got our twin room 301. Loka, who had never been at the Hotel before, was impressed by your Floor Lobbies which throughout our stay were used by the guests, what a great facility! Our dinner at the Brasserie was again a nice experience, compliments to the chef! I am interested to now the recipe of the beetroot marinade, delicious!! Staff :10 + , very attentive. We had a good night sleep, your project of the A/C up grade to individual control will be a plus. On Friday morning it was a pleasure to see life all around, excellent breakfast buffet, coffee & tea service need more attention, maybe one waiter per shift in charged mainly of the coffee & tea coverage, beside cleaning the tables. The Arabian Park Hotel has the reputation of the best 3* Hotel in Town, well deserved! Congratulation! Thank you Arabian Park again for the first hand experience.
