This hotel is ideally situated directly beside the sea, some 20m from the beach, with a view of the bay of the old fishing port of Los Cristianos. Shopping venues are located roughly 500m from the hotel and public transport departs from a stop that lies just 600m away. The Tenerife South Airport is some 15km away and Tenerife North Airport is 90km away.

This hotel consists of a 6-storey building with a total of 391 rooms. It offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception, lifts and cafe. There is also 3 conference rooms, public Internet terminal (fee), bar, pub, shops, hairdresser, soundproofed nightclub, beauty salon and air-conditioned restaurant. Laundry service available with fee.Due to the recent non-smoking laws in Spain, the hotel features a non-smoking floor (4th floor). Smoking is prohibited in all other areas.
