"Perfect for holiday parking and Gatwick transfers" After seeing that the Arora was voted best hotel in Crawley on TripAdvisor (OK, it's number 2 now but was number 1!), we decided to book for the night before we went on holiday. We had a premium room and 2 weeks of parking for less than just the parking elsewhere! The staff were very helpful (thanks to Jenna at reception), the restaurant was great. The bed was one of the comfiest we've slept in, in a very clean room with an ample bathroom. We had to check in for our flight at 6am - our wake up call was on time, checkout was very quick and the shuttle driver got us to the terminal with plenty of time to spare. To speed up getting home on our return we paid £14 for a taxi back to the Arora to pick up our car instead of waiting for the shuttle - much recommended and we were home in record time. Will be staying here every time we have a Gatwick flight, thanks a lot to all at the Arora. We've previously stayed at the Gatwick Travelodge before a flight and that ruined the first few days of our holiday it was so bad - go to the Arora and start your holiday with a refreshing night's sleep in a lovely hotel!

"MOdern, Comfortable, Clean" Nice big rooms, modern, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hotel is a big modern glass structure, so don't expect character. A number of airline staff use the hotel. Service is efficient, though do check your bill, slip ups can happen. A very good hotel for business travelers and commuters. Very well worth the money and very central to Crawley and an easy commute to London.

"Fantastic for families flying from Gatwick" My family of 5 stayed here as part of a park & fly package. The room was massive & had a very large shower that was big enough to fit all 5 of us at once (though we didn't actually try). I wanted to move in permanently. Other hotels should take note. THIS is what a family with 3 young children need: a large enough room to easily accommodate us. It would even be ideal in 10 years when our kids are much older. Whenever we're flying from Gatwick, this hotel is the only place we'd consider.
