This guesthouse is situated on the best square in Spain, in the heart of Madrid, a short walk from shopping centres, theatres, cinemas and historical monuments. The Palacio Real, Madrid de los Austrias, the Catedral de la Almudena and the Templo de Debod can all be found within a 10-minute walk of the guesthouse. Madrid Airport is approximately 10 km away.

This is a no-frills guesthouse, which is still very functional and cosy. It is ideal for groups, as it is especially aimed at university students during their studies. The building is relatively modern and very clean, in the accommodation units as well as the shared areas. It comprises a total of 90 units and offers an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, lift access, a cafe, a games room, a TV room, a restaurant, Internet access/WLAN (charges apply) and a launderette.All accommodation comes with shared bathroom facilities.Extremely well connected by bus and metro. Bus lines 1, 2, 39, 46, 74, 75, 133, 148 and circular. Metro lines 2, 3, 5, 6, 10. Suburban train at Principe Pio.
