This hotel is located in the tourist centre of Aveiro, close to Dr. Lourenco Peixinho road (the main thoroughfare), and just a few minutes from the town centre. The train station can be reached in approximately 5 minutes whilst it is roughly 7 km to the nearest beach.

Opened in 1996 and later renovated in 2002, this hotel comprises an old, 5-storey building that has architecture that dates back to the early 20th century as well as a modern building that offer a total of 58 single rooms, 12 double rooms and 2 suites. Facilities include a bar, a games room, a dining room, conference rooms and a public Internet terminal and laundry services and room service can be taken advantage of. Those arriving at the hotel by car may make use of the car park and garage facilities.
