"excellent"
This hotel was excellent apart from the noise of the police and ambulances in the area. It is central yet far enough from the city center (approx 5mins walk) and the train station. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I would book there again. Tours can be booked in the hotel although it is not advertised.

"Very pleased"
New hotel with very stylish decor and very pleasant and helpful staff. Great location about 5 mins walk from both the main railway station and the market square. Excellent buffet breakfast. Expect some noise from ambulances nearby and also the railway behind but it was not as noisy as some other cities. Also check that your room is air-conditioned - not all are and Krakow can be really hot in summer.
