"Top Marks for the Aspasia"
We had the pleasure of spending 2 Nights in a Far Eastern suite at the Aspasia in May . This is essentially a joining of the smaller cicada chorus room and larger Ocean Gallery Suite to form one Enourmous (210m2) and very luxurious suite which would have slept four . We chose to pay (£10 extra per night) for the 2 units in case of nose heard through the adjoining door . The adjoining doors were very heavy and soundproofed but you would still hear some noise from your neighbours ,so take heed if you value your peace and quiet ! The suite consisted of two very large bedrooms of similar size ,the master suite having a large circular Jacuzzi bath which was perfect to cool off after being out in the humidity of Phuket and a large central living and kitchen diner area with additional third toilet !.The overall design is modern and minimal. One small criticism was that the TV's were placed in the bedrooms so you could not watch TV from the living area. Outside was a large terrace with fantastic sea views .They have also made a very good job of disguising the roofs of the other units with planting and water . The pool area was quite small and there was a problem getting a sunbed . I also agree thet the access to the beach was bordering on dangerous though they do have a warning sign (Broken paving slabs and slabs which moved when you stepped on them!) I would definately advise using the main road to get to the beach. Kata beach was beautiful though and the resort (Kata)in general was enjoyable compared to bustling Patong. We had room service one night and found the food to be very good . Also tried Mom Tri's boathouse in Kata but were very disappointed there , We found the surroundings a bit basic for a supposed upscale restaurant .The prices certainly were upscale. All in all I would highly recommend the Aspasia and Kata beach as a preferred location in Phuket.

"WITHOUT A DOUBT - UNREAL!!!"
There is no doubt that you will be totally amazed once you arrive there. The lobby is outstanding, and the rooms superb. Never have I ever stayed in such an establishment. Its not a hotel, but more like an apartment with an astounding view of the ocean. My parents were impressed to say the least. Wanted to do something for them since they did so much for us as kids - dad working 2 jobs for 30 years and mum raising 3 kids then going back to the workforce. And this definitely did not disappoint. Was a bit apprehensive at first that there were only 2 reviews on this "hotel", and that the website showed simply awesome views and pictures - didn't want to be disappointed and let my parents down. Turned out that it was simply stunning. Views were fabulous and the rooms were HUGE. We had a Far Eastern room which is like 3 times the size of my apartment in Singapore, and staff were polite. Food was a disappointment and so too the room service food. However the rooms themselves were unreal. The rooms were so clean you'd think you're the first one staying in there. We did a full clean sweep. Ran our fingers over the TV, in the cabinets, on top of the shelves and ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS!!!!!!!!!!! The only caution we would issue is that Kata area is not exactly cheap, and if you have walking difficulty then get a tuk tuk but it may be a bit expensive (800 baht to Phuket Shopping Mall) and (100 baht to Kata/Karon Beach).

"Amazing "
I have just returned from staying at the Aspasia Phuket with my boyfriend and it is beautiful! It's very different from the usual hotels you expect from holiday locations and it's decoration is classy and trendy. The staff are extremely friendly and can never do enough for you. We stayed in one of the rooms with a jacuzzi and they are huge!!! The jacuzzi is big enough for 3-4 people and they are very spacious! The rooms were spotless every day also. Anyone that found something to complain about in these rooms must be very picky - yes, the air conditioning was slightly loud but VERY slightly. I have recommended this hotel to all of my friends. The views are fantastic and i think the only thing that needs to be improved is the walk down to the beach.
