"Just amazing"
We were away for three months altogether and stayed here for 3 nights and it was the best hotel, just amazing, would have happily stayed for much longer. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere but has all the facilities you need on site. The pool is gorgeous and really big, with a pool bar and happy hour!! It was nearly always empty so felt like our own personal pool with loads of sun loungers. Some friends came to visit us who were staying at the 5* Dusit and were blown away by the pool. In the middle of the complex is a lagoon which is beautiful, the restaurant is at one end so you can look out over the lagoon as you eat. We only had breakfast in the restaurant and it was really nice. For an evening meal the restaurant was really expensive but the room service was reasonably priced. The room itself was a cabin on stilts in the lagoon. The bed was huge and the bathroom was really luxurious. The room had all the facilities you need, tv, telephone, hairdryer and bathrobes! The staff were really helpful and friendly but translation was difficult. For the price this hotel is luxury beyond belief. The cabins are nice and secluded, great for couples, can't recommend this hotel enough.

"Pacific International is really 5*s!"
When we arrived at the resort, we were amazed we were the only group staying there(the bungalow suites). The pool villas are really cool but then at night mosquitos start flying in and buzzing around. The hospitality at the resort is mind blowing! The next morning at 5.30p.m(I know this is early, but it is true), I was at there restaurant and was served breakfast in under 5 minutes. The owner, an American millionaire, had a conversation with me and told me that the staff to guest ratio was a bewildering 9:2! I was shocked. The decor of the resort was very Thai and even wood(real wood!) was used in the construction of the villas! There were two ponds in the resort itself. However, the only thing unpleasant was that the resort was located too far away from the business, financial and nightlife districts and a van was needed to shuttle tourists there and back for a nominal fee(although this didn't really bother me a lot) I love the hotel's ambience, scenery and the rooms. It really entices me to come back to this place again. It was so tranquil!

"New name - At Panta - surprisingly good"
At the beginning we were really worried about staying in this hotel as we’ve heard nothing about it and almost unsearchable in the internet. Later we find out that the name has been changed. It’s a very peaceful sweet spacious place with great service – very friendly and helpful staff with perfect manicure, pedicure and massage services. Though we thought that there’re rooms of improvement for their restaurant – esp with the choice of breakfast and the speed of the arrival of food. In general we thought that it’s a very good valued beautiful place – in fact with greater view than other places we visited that’s close to the beach. They also provide shuttle buses to the beaches as they’re rather far out.
