"simply perfect"
IMy room on the executive floor was nice and it had a comfortable bed, the bathroom being well-maintained with Carven toiletries. The staff at the reception or at Robertos (a restaurant) was extremely friendly. At Robertos a typical Hilton buffet breakfast is served with a great variety of pastries, meats, cheese, yoghurts, cereals, fruits and eggs cooked to order.
The pool was large enough for a few lengths with maximum four swimmers. People from outside could enter but it was not crowded. In the morning I was even alone.
I arrived from the Otopeni airport by bus # 783, 5 Lev roundtrip. It is more than 15 km to the city center. I got off at the Piata Romana and walked less than 10 minutes to the hotel.

"An excellent Hilton"
My wife and I plus my mother stayed here for one night at the end of our Romanian trip in October. What can one say: brilliant room over looking the main square, large and really comfortable. The girl who looked after it (cleaned etc) couldn't have been more charming. Really comfortable bed. The front desk was very efficient. The breakfast was superb with a massive choice of hot and cold dishes. Would very definitely stay again!

"Excellent location, Service, Decent Room"
This hotel definitley has the best location in Bucharest and it's a very nice building. We had a standard room for 160 E per night in the newer section which was built onto the original hotel which it became a Hilton. The room was clean but could use some freshening up, especially the bathroom which looked pretty tired. A nice touch was a tray with some snacks in the room when we arrived. The breakfast was excellent! The English Bar is nice for a drink and the food was quite tasty as well. We didn't eat there on this trip but the Brasserie has very nice atmosphere. Overall, a nice experience.
