"Perfect Location"
I stayed at the Hotel Atlantis with my daughter, we moved from a more inexpensive hotel far out of town. The Atlantis Hotel was definately worth the money. We had a beautiful room with a balcony with breathtaking views of the water. The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel is in a great location right at the end of town its only a few steps away from the shops and restaurants, but still quiet at night. The hotel is located high up so you don't have to deal with the steps like some of the other hotels with nice views. I would highly recommend this hotel.

"Great hotel, great location"
We spent four nights at the Hotel Atlantis in a well appointed, comfortable room with fabulous views of the caldera, Agean Sea and Fira town. In the distance, Oia appeared as a sprinkling of snow on a precipice above the sea. Our room had a corner balcony of large proportion, classic chairs and table. On our first night there, we observed a Greek wedding taking place from our balcony at the Orthodox Cathedral next door, went out and joined in the festivities... wedding party mounted burros, led by musicians, processed across the hotel plaza. We had a rental car all four days and always had a place to park in front of the hotel, something very few hotels in Fira offer, and we didn't have the endless steps up or down to access the hotel. It was convenient to shops, museum, restaurants and mid-town activities. An eggs-to-order breakfast was included each day on an indoor or outdoor polished marble terrace with the same views as our room. It was such a nice setting that we didn't use the optional breakfast in your room alternate that was included. There's also a beautiful pool with sea view, which we didn't use, since there is so much to see and do on Santorini. The entire staff at Hotel Atlantis was knowlegable, pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend this accomodation.

"Best hotel in Fira, Santorini!!"
Wow. After needing to find a new hotel due to being completely dissatisfied with our original hotel (Enigma Apartments), we stumbled onto The Atlantis and consider ourselves VERY lucky to have done so. We actually checked out several hotels, and they all felt like caves. Atlantis has high ceilings, beautiful, panoramic views and a wonderful staff. (Hi Irene, Maria and Nomikos! Everyone was wonderful, but these were the people whom we saw the most.)
The Atlantis is one of the one, if not THE only, hotel that has a real lobby. It's beautiful. The view is stunning and more vast than the other hotels. The others have views that are much more narrow. The Atlantis has a view that spans 180 degrees, if not more!
The location is wonderful and the service is impeccable. Admittedly, it's not in the quietest part of town, but whenever we heard noise, we were still happy just to be in the hotel. We stayed in room 25 which had 2 balconies. We loved taking our breakfast on the balcony overlooking the city and caldera.
All in all, do yourself a favor and either book your entire stay or at least part of it at this hotel. You will LOVE it!!

"3 great nights at the Atlantis"
Breathtaking views, ultra convenient to the town of Fira, as well as to the rest of the island via bus. The bus stop is only steps from the hotel. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The room was on the small size, yet most European hotel rooms are small. The balcony makes up for any inadequacies of the room. We were on the lowest balconied floor, but enjoyed the view and the shared intimacies of people strolling the promenade just below us. Other reviews have mentioned the fact that the Atlantis is at the very top of the caldera. This is a major plus, due to the fact that there are no steps to climb to gain access. A minor nuisance was the itsy, bitsy, teeny, weeny shower curtain, which was responsible for a couple of minor flooding incidents in the bathroom. Also, if you don't bring an iron with you and you need to press your wrinkled clothes, the Atlantis can't provide you with an iron. The breakfast is served in a small indoor/outdoor dining room, and was surprisingly good. Eggs were cooked to order, along with delicious breads and spreads, coffee and juice.
All in all, an excellent place to spend your days and nights on this beautiful island
