Here, somewhat apart from the tourist streams, at the end of the pedestrian zone Linzergasse where many people live and go to work daily, the city shows you its liveliest and perhaps most authentic face. The hotel and villa – the latter built by the friulanic building master Ceconi – fit harmoniously into this metropolitan landscape.

In only a few minutes on foot you can easily reach the old city and all its most important sights.

With the bus line 21 or 22 you can reach the city centre (Hanuschplatz) from the bus stop “Wolf-Dietrich-Strasse” in approx. 10 minutes.
